Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Defendli website at defendli.com (the "Site") and any booking request you submit through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What this Site is, and isn't
The Site describes Defendli's cybersecurity services and lets you request an introductory consultation ("Book a meeting"). Submitting a booking request is not a purchase, order, or binding commitment by either party. It simply asks us to contact you to schedule a call. Any actual security engagement (e.g. a penetration test, audit, or monitoring service) is governed by a separate, signed agreement or statement of work between Defendli and the client, not by these Terms.
3. Booking requests
When you submit a booking request, you confirm that the information you provide (name, email, company, and any message) is accurate and that you are authorized to inquire on behalf of the company named. We aim to respond to booking requests promptly but do not guarantee a response within any specific time frame, and submitting a request does not guarantee a meeting will take place at the requested date or time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure;
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the booking form; or
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce the Site's content for commercial purposes without our permission.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, graphics, and logos, is owned by Defendli or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without our prior written consent.
6. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Descriptions of our services on this Site are for general information only and do not constitute a service proposal, quote, or guarantee of outcome.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Defendli will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Contact us
Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@defendli.com.
