Defendli ("Defendli," "we," "us," or "our") provides cybersecurity services, including penetration testing, security audits, monitoring, incident response, and compliance advisory. We collect personal data in the following ways:

• Booking requests. When you use the "Book a meeting" form, we collect your name, work email address, company name, preferred meeting date and time, and any message you provide.
• Usage analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic (e.g. pages visited, referring source, device type). This is privacy-oriented, cookieless analytics. It does not use tracking cookies or build individual visitor profiles.
• Correspondence. If you email us directly, we retain that correspondence and any information you choose to include in it.

3. How we use your data

We use the personal data described above to:

• Respond to and schedule the consultation you requested;
• Communicate with you about your inquiry or engagement;
• Understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it; and
• Meet our legal and contractual obligations.

Our legal basis for processing booking-request data is your consent (by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. Where we go on to provide services to you, processing is based on the performance of that contract.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and respond to your requests, specifically:

• Resend: the email delivery provider that transmits booking-request notifications to our team.
• Vercel: our hosting provider, which also provides the cookieless analytics described above.

These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes. We may also disclose data where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain booking-request data for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if we begin a client engagement, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law or our contractual agreements. You may ask us to delete data that is no longer needed at any time (see Section 7).

6. International transfers

Our service providers may process data on servers located outside your country of residence, including within the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, as required by applicable data protection law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
